Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

This is the Act:

Nothing in it from what you are quoting.

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

Bad news folks! Looks like it won't apply to us as applicants for "naturalised" citizenship. Principal provisions of the Bill This section of the Bill Digest sets out some of the main provisions of the Bill. It does not provide a full examination of the Bill’s provisions. Certificates of nationality...

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

They are fudging the numbers by rushing through 2023 applicants! Someone needs to get their TD to ask what percentage of applicants from 2021, 2022 and 2023 have been processed! Utterly outrageous!! More 2023 applicants have been approved as of yesterday (according to recent 2023 application timelin...

Re: citizenship application acknowledgment letter not received

Hahaha! Chill dude. 2021 and 2022 applicants were waiting at least six months for even an Acknowledgment Letter. ISD is trying to fudge the figures to make them look better by processing out of chronological order. Massive scam!

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

You can open a bank account, credit card application, even get a replacement driver's licence all online in a matter of days to weeks without any manual checking. Ireland has First World taxes, with Third World services. The fact that banks are only open 10-16:00 Monday to Friday sums it up. Don't g...

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

Complain to your local TD. Show them how the 2023 applications are being processed in a few short months, whilst 2021 and 2022 applicants in many cases haven't even reached e-vetting stage. Utter disgrace!!!

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

Any place with a half competent public service would have a simple system to make it automatic that once the "registration" email is replied to/filled in, the NVB email would automatically just send out. Unfortunately Ireland and the ISD are just a hotbed of incompetence, obfuscation, outright lies,...

Re: E vetting and citizenship application

It's an absolute scandal and disgraceful! The Minister should he held to account for this! 2023 applicants already approved and straightforward 2021 and 2022 applicants still left waiting. The Minister has repeatedly lied about the chronological nature of the processing of applications. It simply is...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

They focus on small and big issues - that is called representative democracy. You can Google Dáil questions and there have been lots of questions in the last few months relating to it - delays, e-vetting, etc. So clearly they do ask questions. Social media is fine, but the only thing that will reall...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

Social media is fine, but the only thing that will really change things is, if people put political pressure and söme form lf accountability. Wouldn't be surprised if they are fast tracking 2023 applications to quickly bring down the median waiting time, or so the Dept and/or Minister can sneakily s...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

You need to contact your TD and other opposition party TD's. Get them to raise this in Parliament! Also contact media outlets. It is simply outrageous that they completely talk to the 2021 and 2022 applicants. I think they are trying to "cook the books" to make their numbers look better!

Re: 2023 Naturalisation Applications Approved??

This is an absolute disgrace! 2023 applications are being approved ahead of those from 2021 and 2022! This clearly delays the processing of 2021 and 2022 applications. People need to write to their local TD's and the Minister for Justice (Simon Harris TD). Also people need to contact the media - The...

It is simply a massive scandal! They are approving 2023 applicants, whilst 2021 and 2022 applicants suffer! This clearly slows down processing for 2021 and 2022 applications. People need to raise this with their TD's, The Minister and the media! Outrageous! Something very fishy going on! https://www...

Re: 2022 Naturalisation Application response

INIS or IDS are out of control. They are processing Jan and Feb and March 2023 to e-vetting! Something fishy going on! You should contact your local TD and get them to ask the Minister directly what the hell is going on. We pay outrageous First World taxes in this country and get Third World public ...

Wouldn't surprise me at all if INIS is trying something sneaky. Maybe they have to report back ...
