Re: Conflict for PSW- Dependent and Skilled worker visa

The current tier-4 visa is valid till 31-Oct-21 and the graduate route visa is still in progress. Could you please let us know if she can work in the UK and how she can prove the right to work in the UK to the employer? She can work as per her current Student visa. So the employer may need to initi...

Re: SMS tech issues

Sorry for any rudeness, I was just confused that an education sponsor was asking advice from applicants and migrants on using the SMS, rather than the normal channels set up for them by the Home Office. Just in case your employer has not properly briefed you on it, the Home Office has a dedicated he...

Re: SMS tech issues

You're a Sponsor institution?!

Why would a Student visa sponsor license holder come to a public online forum to ask for amateur advice about using their Sponsor Management System?

Isn't that what the Sponsor Helpdesk is for? Or your Premium Customer Services Team if you have one?

Re: Is age a concern for Startup Visa?

He needs to discuss it with the endorsing body he is interested in.

The visa itself has no age restrictions, but the endorsing body may have concerns about his genuineness which they can discuss with him.

I'm having an issue whereby I can't download the CAS information as a PDF when using the print function they add at the end of the CAS.
Why do you need it exactly?

Re: Student visa - genuine student

She plans on staying in the UK beyond the completion of her course on the 2 year graduate route visa. Will mentioning this raise flags over her status as a genuine student? No. Moreover this statement appears to be a university requirement, not specifically linked to her own Student visa application.

Re: Lost my BRP need help.

There isn't a faster option. If you don't receive the replacement BRP before you leave the UK, you will need to apply in your home country for a single-use BRP visa in order to get back to the UK. Then when you get back to the UK you need to apply again for a replacement BRP. You may prefer to postp...

Oh it means the course ended in September but home office gave me visa for 2 months extra only... it means home office is not playing fair here as my other classmates got visa till January . It's not about not "playing fair", it's just about what extra time you are entitled to according to the immg...

Re: Student visa with Dependent children

If you are saying that sole responsibility is a matter of fact, what documents will prove this? Any suggestions? Presumably a court order ideally, but it depends on the country where they live. Entry clearance officers in that country will surely be used to seeing whatever evidence is used locally ...

The father will not be joining in UK and will not be part of the application. So in this case, how can she prove that she has sole responsibility? Considering the children are only 4 and 1 years old, will the compelling reason apply and award the visa with their mother? You are mixing up two separa...

Re: student visa extension due to dissertation reassessment

It is the university's decision whether to sponsor you for an extension of your visa. They appear to be clear that you can resubmit your thesis from home without needing to attend. There will be a channel for you to make the case that you do need to be in the UK, but you may well have already tried ...

Course Start Date, and Course End Date fields.
If you fill the course end date with a date in the past, it asks you for a date in the future.
This seems like a question from the Student application form, not the Student dependant application form.

No, unless your university agrees to that. I'm also wondering if...

this is the only info "dependent must pay higher than main applicant due to the couple of weeks early delivery of visa"
That's not what I said, nor what happens.

IHS for a dependant is based on the length of the permission granted, not the delivery date of the visa.
