I did checked on UK gov site but not very clear over there Not sure where you are looking, but it seems clear. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/red-amber-and-green-list-rules-for-entering-england If you have been in a country or territory on the red list in the last 10 days you will only be allowed to e...

Can a person who is on ICT visa extend his/her ICT visa based on a COS issued by his/her employer if he/she also holds a CAS for applying student visa but has not actually applied for a student visa?
Yes.

Are there any chances that my current or new employer finds out that I am doing 2 full-time jobs simultaneously? Will my current employer be notified by somebody that I have started a new job?
Maybe. Who knows. As I have said, it's nothing to do with the visa, and this is an immigration forum.

Re: Section 18 query for skilled worker visa

The situation is that I don't want my current employer to know that I have started working for my new employer because they won't allow it or be happy about it. Will there be any chance that my current employer or my new employer know that I am working for both? That isn't a visa matter. As you can...

Re: Ballet school 1 year program without CAS

I see your point on "any course" but I think it always a matter of degree - for example, I would think English school student going to gym classess regulary should not be a problem. Clearly not, but it seems clear that this is a course by any reasonable definition, not occasional exercise activity.

I still don't get the clarity whether I can serve my notice period with my current employer See SW 18.2 (e) as well as start working for my new employer at the same time. Please help. See SW 18.2 (b). It is important that both the employers are also clear about it, so it is best to speak to them di...

Re: Applying for PSW using exceptional assurance

It depends whether your university will be notifying the UKVI of your successful completion. My understanding is that universities will only be doing this for 2021 graduates, but you will need to ask them direct.

Re: Should I need to stop working for my Tier 2 ICT visa employer once I get skilled worker visa?

Does the following mean that I can work for both my new employer and serve my notice period for my current employer - "working out a contractual notice period is permitted, for a job the applicant was lawfully working in on the date of application;" On its own, clearly no. You need to read that sub...

Re: Start-up visa and already having a registered company

My question is, If I apply for a Start-up visa will this company register make an issue? Almost certainly, yes. It depends when you started the company, and what was your visa type at the time. See Immigration Rules Appendix Start-up: SU 6.1. The applicant must not have previously established any b...

Re: Self-employment status dispute - Tier 4

1. Should I complete the self assesment to pay tax due on this income? 2. Or do I need to take this up with the employer? You need to discuss it with the employer urgently. They have the final say on whether you are their employee or their contractor. If it is the latter, you need to do a self-asse...

Re: UK Tier 4 Visa - How to bring spouse?

That doesn't relate to your situation, or to many people at all. ST 31.1 (d) is a sort of grandfather clause for people who don't meet (a), (b) or (c) but whose dependant is already in the UK under old rules, so it would be unreasonable to prevent them from extending their stay. Undergraduates can't...

Re: UK Tier 4 Visa - How to bring spouse?

So the statement from the U.K. student visa webpage, "A new government-sponsored student on a course that lasts longer than 6 months" is the same as saying that her course needs to be fully funded by the government? Not necessarily fully funded. They are summarising paragraph ST 31.1 of Appendix St...
