Claiming Child Benefit - ILR holder and spouse on Tier 1 dep

Hi,

I am on ILR but my wife is still my dependant on a Tier 1 dependant visa. If i apply for child benefit in my name, will it effect her recourse to public funds condition as her Tier 1 dependant visa is due for renewal next year and she is subject to no recourse to public funds condition.

Regards

Hi,

I am in the process of applying british citizenship. I was also issued a warning letter about 20 months ago for bringing in excess mangoes. I understand that this warning stays on the record for 2 years. Do i need to declare and does it any affect?
