Visa expired in Jan, COS was provided and is still active and the visa application was submitted in March, upon realizing the employer did not do the visa application as initially stated....

The organization has already commenced the sponsorship processing. I already have an application with HO.

19th of January, the visa application was submitted after 8 weeks of waiting, as misinformed by the HR

Late visa was a student visa. Both employer license and COS still active

My sponsor misinformed of the status of visa application, stating that they made a visa application on my behalf and was advice to wait for HO notification, however, only sponsorship application was made.
