Personally i would leave it out.
Is there somewhere in the guidance form where it explicity states that if you have a credit history, mortgage, isas, or investments in the uk (or other countries) you should mention it?
It all depends on you in the end.

Its OK. They will stamp and sign it so that will make it "original". The letter will also be signed and stamped by the bank so that satisifies the requirement. Just make sure the timelines are adhered to.

Cheers.

Olya,

So you mean it was a Tier 1 (PSW) and not a Tier 1 (General)?

If its a Tier 1 (PSW) then you are only required to show a closing balance of at least £800 if the application is made before 31 October 2008, thus the evidence would have been perfectly sufficient.

the soonest you might get the passport could be in one week coz someone got their passport back within 3 weeks. they applied on 29 aug without submitting an urgent treatment request form. on average give it 3 weeks from now to receive the passport. they take a week to two to stamp the passport and s...

From my experience tracking the forum for almost a year, and especially now, the systems that the call centre use lags behind the actual events. i.e. the case status is not logged soon enough on the system. so for instance, the passport could be on its way back to you and you would still be told tha...

precisely.
thank you midget.

republique, i stated that income = gross + expenses + other things
meaning that gross is not made up of expenses and that there is no way u can add it up to gross.
gross is taxable pay. whilst expenses are not taxed.

and also that Giant cant/wont alter the payslips.

mzeke-mzeke, the best advice is to use a good solicitor. i have used Giant and another umbrella company before with a view of having the earnings as evidence. the problem was expenses are good for UK people and not when u want a high amount for visa apps. coz the expenses reduce taxable income (gros...

1971, Income = Gross + Expenses + Other Pre-Gross Deductions So income is always greater than gross by a sizable margin when considered over a year. And thats what mzeke says Giant told him would appear as gross so that he could claim as earnings. The only problem is Giant are refusing to state in w...

What do you mean you cant apply with 1500 pounds in your account?
That is more than enough.
Until end October 2008, you only need a one off amount of 800 pounds, as its a Transitional period.
Check the PSW section on the UKBA->Working in the UK.

I am in a similar situation with HSMP Approval Application i.e. Middle name on one category of documents and not on others.

The decision should be made this week if all goes well. If they refuse it for the reason in question then I will notify you ASAP.

Good Luck with your applications, Everyone.

2. The people to update their website would be the Web Team who handle their website (the whole UKBA website most likely). So those people wouldnt probably be within the HSMP Caseworking Team. BIA Website Updated - Waiting Times section removed

Several web pages of the BIA website have been changed. Mostly on the working section i.e. HSMP. e.g. the waiting times section has been removed. see http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier1/hsmp/ Also the maintenance funds requirement of Tier 1 appears to be mandatory for HSMP as well...
