Tier 1 second extension - 3yrs! Is that right?

Hi,
I recently applied for tier 1 second extension and got the extension for three years! My initial extension is as below
Tier-1 Initial - 3yrs
Tier-1 first ext - 2 yrs
Tier-1 second ext - 3yrs

Shouldn't I have got 2yr second extension instead of 3? Or am I missing something!

Regards,

I just open one tab. If it fails when you click on the slot, I go back to the prev page and keep refreshing again until i find the slot. (there is no logic to this method, just my experience).

Keep on trying, in my experience i used to see slots every 5min or so from midnight. Once when I clicked on the slots the page crashed, second time when i filled in details and clicked submit then it crashed. After few times finally i could book a slot! Its pure luck now!

this is what i used to advise my friends when they wanted to come here after new rules... initially, for survival, we will take below avg daily rates but after 1year ppl realise they need to earn more for extension... as mulderpf says renegotiate or look for better paying contract job... all the best
