Sush, I dont want to change the name of my wife & son. So I assume I dont need deed poll for them If you know about the last page fields on indian passport, it has father's name & husband's name field on child's & spouse's passport. surely need to save £££ if I could do so...However, not sure if UKBA accepts such applications?

I cant see it anywhere in policy guidelines that overseas dependents needs to be present in UK for making an application....

Can overseas dependant applicants make application for Tier-1 dependent visa at the same time when Tier-1 main applicant is applying for his/her Tier-1 Extension visa in UK?

Assumption: Authroization letter provided by dependents staying overseas.

so how can person shows an earning for the months that are not covered as per last p/l account ?

Please note this is the case when Claim Period (May 2011 to May 2012) is different than Company accounts Period-P/L(Nov 2010 to Nov 2011)...

I have no surname in my passport and never had any issues. They can simply press space in the surname field or put NONE.
