My decision date is 31st October 2008 and court determination send to me. than I email AIT and they confirmed the successful appeal and wrote that I will be contacted by my embassy within 6 weeks but uptill now 8 weeks have been passed but of no use...

For Laraib Appeal decision is dated 30 October 2008 and Home Office has 28 days to file appeal before high court. Invariably appeal is not filed in your type of cases.
