Lost my passport during the citizenship application process

Hello,

I've used NCS to apply for my citizenship and now during the process I've lost my passport.

The NCS did take a photocopy of my passport at the time.

Anyone know if they will confirm the passport validity with my home country?

Do I need to inform UKBA?

Absences - How "accurate" do I need to write my holidays

Hi there,

I have been on quite a few holidays, perhaps 4-5 per year and have no idea exactly what date they are, maybe plus or minus one day.

Will this be sufficient? Or if I miss a holiday out- will the decline the application?

Getting a PEO Appointment - no more nightmares?

Hi guys, I remember people complaining, screaming, crying over how difficult it is to get a PEO appointment. How people need to log-in at mid-night just to get an appointment. I've had a quick check to get my Tier 1 --> ILR with SET(O) and it looks like that it is very easy to get an appointment at ...

Booking PEO - UKBA releasing short-term appointments only?

Hi guys, Does anyone know how the UKBA is releasing their appointments for the PEO service? It looks like that the entire Nov is not available however, I can easily find appointments in the near future, during September and Oct. Is this because they only release appointments about two months ahead?

Tier 1 application - company paid me in advance

Hi guys, I would like to know if this is going to be issue. I was put on Garden Leave and in short, the company paid me two and half month's salary for not working. Surely this is incorrect? You need to be on the anniversary of 5 yrs in London after initial grant/entry.

So if I entered the UK on the 2-Feb-2009, it would be about 2-Jan-2014 when I can apply first.

So if I want to apply on the 11-Jan 2014 via PEO, the 15 months will be 15 months up to 10-Jan 1014?

Two of the are: * less than 450 days outside the UK within the 5 years prior to applying. * less than 90 days outside the UK in the last year before applying....
