Just one more query:

I am dilemma which one would be faster as I need passport soon to travel him/mother back to India.
Any pointers.

- Indian as both parents have indian citizenship.
- UK as child being born here and less bureaucracy?

I did not get the response.
She has extended as again dependent of mine for another 3 years without any proof.
But for ILR: Is the proof a must?
If I dont have any proof (though we are staying together) something I can manage in short time?
