Answer is yes. Thank you for your help. May i study the exactly meaning of this question here? My wife is my dependent? My wife won't apply british citizenship now. so the fact of 'my depandent not applying with me this time' is ture. so, i need to choose YES am i understanding correct? Thank you.

No proof or DBS required. UKVI do their own check. But do answer all questions truthfully and to the best of your knowledge. You don’t need a solicitor either.
