I called CC and was told the same thing -'UT has been received but no decision yet...still with case worker'.

It's been 12 weeks now!

I am just turning impatient and nervous..dunno wat these guys r upto?

For me, CW put a note on 22nd July asking latest bank statements inspite of the fact that i did submit statements dated 15.05.08 for 10th June application. I got to know this only on phone call with CC on 08.08.08 when he read me the notes. No other communication...so without any further arguments I...

Just talked with CC. My case is still with CW and under consideration. They did receive urgent treatment fax yesterday but he said that it becomes only effective after the file has moved forward from CW so that CW can take its time in having a fair decision. :-(

congrats! it that's the definition of urgent treatment then we guys should just forget about our docs!! anyhow...going by batch theory (that it comes in batches)..anybody else got lucky with this week's lottery? I think with this HO system, no theory can be validated except 'Uncertainity Principle' ...

also i wonder why they need statements as mine were fine - issued on 15th May and were covering 3 months. so it's within 1 month of applying i.e. 10th June..

wp 2 Tier1

I am thinkin of aplyin for Tier 1 this week. Got all the docs but was just wondering if it makes sense to apply through consultant or agency. Anybody here - what your exp have been? Does that matter at all or am i just worrying a bit more here and should give a try myself?
