Thank you!
It is such a relive!
Frankly I am quite reluctant to contact PRC Embassy, I doubt they will provide anything.but I will give it go.
I am planning to get a print out of nationality law from PRC goverment website as an offical resource and supply it with my supporting documents.

I would leave everything as it is now and attend the ceremony once back from the trip.

Your BRP is still valid until you get the naturalisation certificate. The eVisa is irrelevant at this stage.
Thanks for the advise, I agree.

Re: 5-year address history

I guess you booked the ceremony for next month after your trip abroad - why are you changing it now? There is no issue with travelling between the decision date and the date of the ceremony, using your passport and the BRP. Hi Thanks for the reply. It is just very tempting when there a much earlier ...

Re: 5-year address history

Hi all, The council told me I could attend the ceremony on a much earlier date. But it is before my travelling date and there won't be enough time to get the passport etc. Bit of context. My BRP expires at the end of Dec (I have e-visa) and my travel date is in early Nov. Is it feasible for me to ...

Yes!! I didn't expect them to reply to me this quickly. The email came at 7 pm, and I only sent it on Monday.

You can wait one more week I think, you got the response to your complaint only a few days ago. In a week's time go ahead and contact the council and UKVI email addresses.
Thank you as always, I was expecting the atlas email today, I guess it is still processing internally.

Re: 5-year address history

You can, but it is very likely that it will not be considered without a formal review as that is their process. Re: Anyone still waiting for January 2024 application?

@Viewstar Yes, I also got that email after chasing them and requesting a SAR. The SAR didn't really tell me why is taking so long to be honest. It said " SS Flag and issue letter". I have no idea what that means. I've asked here but no one seems to know either. :( @Dancull I can't believe you have ...
