Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

I am so sorry that your application was rejected. same happened to me last week. exactly same reason. I dont think I can provide any more evidence so on EU4 as angel suggested I am saying they failed to consider documents provided with few new documents.

I would say talk to a solicitor.

Re: CSEP without an underlying permission

No wasnt eligible for Stamp 4. Thus applied for a EUTR Application. Before my last permission expired. They never gave me a temporary permission. But sent an email saying you are allowed to stay whilst a pending application. If this would have been accepted, I would not need the CSEP. As soon as I t...

CSEP without an underlying permission

My current permission expired 2 months back. I was in the state based on a pending EU Treaty Rights Application. The Application was rejected on Thursday and gave me 15 working days to either appeal or the file would be transferred to deportation unit. I will appeal (though nothing would change give...

On follow up today... I got a response... instead of the general response we all get. I was told decision will issue shortly. What could this mean ? or is it just another response to shift the attention ?
details: EUTR1A... currently in 7th month (finishing next week)

I too got the same email today and on 25th January also... How long does it "sit" with deciding officer. When did you apply (assuming yours was EUTR1)
a week after you.... but mine is EUTR1A. yours should have been processed by now from what I have heard. I did you contact local TD ?

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

Anyone recently received EUTR1A ? I the last update for EUTR1A (specifically) I see is from @CatBrom which was last year. The data from data.gov.ie suggests the department is coping up with the backlog very well (for EUTR1A at least)
The 6 months period finishes tomorrow for me.

Re: Critical skills permit - under €64k, QA lead, relevant degree

mine was completed by Agency and they just copy pasted my CV. Maybe my CV was that good but general bullet point summary was used in my case. Also regarding the 246 point.... it depends how well you explain it. In my case one company rejected and one was accepted both in 246 and I dont work in softw...

what about 246 ? I would say if the name of job/vacancy on contract is Quality Specialist then use the closest one 2462. It all really depends upon the case worker and the reputation of the company in my experience.

Re: Strange requirement from Tullamore immigration officer

Requests like this are increasingly popping up about the place. Briefings from peer organisations suggest it relates to a series of investigations last year that uncovered some fraud amongst couples (dual names on docs, one person goes to home country while still accumulating reckonable residency f...

wow this is stupid. Why do they want that ? But in case it help may be a membership of a sports club. They send letters to home with your name address and membership number. Something like a swimming club, hiking group. That obviously depends upon why are they asking for this documentation. If you h...

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

My acknowledgement letter was without temporary permission but I guess that's because I am EUTR1A and EUTR1. Best of Luck. You can can open bank account without stamp. Actually for the IRP (like stamp 1 Stamp 2 etc) you have to pay 300 euros by card so you can open an account wihout IRP
