this family reunification law just came in December 2013..i think all cases will deal after under this law....about legal advice one of my friend went to solicitor they also dnt knw abt this law so no one give right information...All in the air nothing is authentic

thx for ur loyal suggestion but some ppl think this law wil be affect on those ppl also who was on EUFam visa but now they are irish nationals..dy also cant bring there wife from non EU countries.

hi all... im an irish passport holder now i just recently married in pakistan..my background is i was student here than i got married with checz national and got 5years EUFAM than i got divorce and got retention on my own rights for a while than i got 10 years EUFAM visa after a while i got an irish...

hi walk its takes around 3 to 4 week fo for conformation would you tell me wat basis u applied for citizenship?work permit , working visa or irish or eu merriage ?

i also applied in jan 2011 based on 5 yrs residency on EUFAM4 but i didnt got any response frm citizenship section my solictor also asked to dept abt 3 times but dy always said usual ans my application is under process.and i knw few ppl dy hav same case and all r waiting for answer...

During the process of Eu3 (Permanent Residence) card the Eu treaty right section send to request to garda for vetting report? to take decision like when people applied for long term residence dept do it?

i also got approval 10 yrs visa with retention my own rights and they gave me 4EUFAM.

yes i spend 5 yrs on eufam4 i applied my citizen ship on now 2010 my friend was applied after me n he was on working visa and he got irish passport last dec 2011. i made an call to inquire abt my application they told me stright ans my letters states 26 month so i not allow to call and ask in b/w 26...

yes .but i heard the dept nt dealing n process those citizenship application whom married to eu citizen its dat true?

i got PR retention own rights last week i applied in dec 2011 but when my visa was expired on may but the dept send me 6 month visa to continue the legal Residence in country if the dept not send u letter write them to giv u 6 month extension.
