The last reply you got basically confirms this - "NFA" means nothing further has happened, no charge no court no DBS.

Will it be on the police system or PND? If so, will that be an issue in the future, or for my application ?

About 6 months before I applied for ILR, I was stop and searched by the police, because I lived in a particularly rough area.
