I don’t believe it would be an absolute guaranteed refusal as there is some merit. Out of interest, on what grounds could they refuse her visa? I had a pretty thorough look through all the Family visa documents on Gov UK (including the Appendix FM and FM-SE, etc...) and there is no mention of r ...
