Until 10 weeks are completed, they will keep telling you that the service standard is 10 weeks. After 10 weeks they will say there is no time limit...so that's the way it is. Ok. So may be they are falling short of visa stickers then because of this case. No it is not, there were Visa Vignettes also amongst the stolen things.
