My visa is going to expire if I do not apply I will be illegal .and other thing if I do not apply for dependents I can not be without my daughter .

Can somebody guide me straightaway about this situation,

Is there still chances to apply for dependents if cos issued before 11th march

I was thinking from the previous reply on the post that I have time to apply. So did I have still time to apply after new rules

Is it still worth applying to keep my dependents with me .because I do not want to stay here without my three years old daughter ,as a mother I can not be without my daughter .

I have seen the reply .but today when I see the caseworker guidance for dependents in care worker visa ,it clearly say that you should have made application before 11th march ,please can you share link with where I can see these cutt of rules .

I have got my COS today ,will I be apply on Monday 11 the march and able to keep my dependents in UK .

Thanks for you reply ,they applied under priority service ,if they managed to get for me will I be still able to apply after 11th with my dependents

Thanks for your reply .as my employer has applied for my COS .i will have COS before 11th march untill which date I can apply visa .my main query is that will my dependents will get visa even if will make application after 11th march on COS issued before 11th march

It means if could not pass one of modules ,I can switch to care assistant visa as I have completed my course date ?
