Re: Postal order for in person ILR application

Thanks for the reply Kunal.

There is no particular reason for selecting postal order as payment mode.
And yes you are right I have to pay £10 for every £ 250.

I have to pay £2025. And it's a big amount what if this payment is declined if I use debit card even after calling bank.

Re: ilr appointment 6 april- new regulations?

Which form you are filling for appointment. Looking at the UKBA site they have yet not released the new version of the form with new requirements.

Also I don't think new settlement rules are approved by the parliament as of now.

I have submitted all the legitimate documents and my application is straight forward. And no fraud. Its just that I might have to trav...

My friend has been rejected not because of new rules but because of the new bands that were created recently and would make the applicant fall outsite the bands, thereby not getting enough points for earnings (very similar to the case of Jigar described here). As suggested, the best and safe bet is...

Thats means that nobody has looked into your case before 5th sep.It is only after u sent UT they started processing. And your application was lying in HO from 9th june to 5th sep. I think same is the case with my application nobody is bothered to look into it.They are randomly processing the applicat...

only reason that i can think of all this delay is that either cases have gone into somekind of verification or nobody has looked into the cases and they are lying somewhere in HO waiting fo someone to look into them.
