I need some guidline
My friend came in UK on spouse visa and than applied dv ilr during application processing time if ex partner dies so it's affect the dv ilr application.
Because last extension on his dependent spouse visa

Please reply if anyone knows.

I showed them acknowledgement letter three months ago but now they ask again for immigration status what does its mean?

Divorce is not necessary for DV ILR application.
