Actually for you get a German visa you need to have a Work Contract from the Employer in Germany.

And keeping that Work Contract only we can file the document in German Consulate.

Hi, Yes you can go to Prague holding a French Schengen. If you have Multiple entry on it. It also depends remaning days that you are entitled to stay in that Visa.
