Yes. You need to wait until you have held ilr for 12 months. Note there are other requirements too on absences, language, etc.

Thanks for all your comments below. Ive now got my BRP yesterday and just had to wait it out in the end. :D

Wow , i didnt know i could reclaim the priority fee if it went above the sla. AmazonianX, would you know where i can apply to reclaim that just in case?
