Back then home office had announced thatincomplete application would be sent back.

Mine wasnt incomplete in my view but should have attached more proofs probably.
2nd application was fresh.

IGS= International Graduate Scheme which later changed into PSW. There wasnt any appeal. They just returned documents back quoting that they need documents exercising treaty rights. No, this is wrong information.

You can claim child benefit and also in work benefits i.e Tax credits without affecting your residence card application.

Eea national and their family members are entitled to these like any british citizen.

Hi Jaweb,

PR is not a visa but merely confirmation of your rights as permanent residence which by law is obtained automatically after exercising treaty rights for 5 years.
PR sticker is just the confirmation of those rights.

For british citizenship no EEA4 is mandatory.
