Hi all,

I did try to search this forum for my question. However, I could not find the answer.

Initial Visa Category - Tier 1 (General)

Once parents have ILR, can UK born kid who is on Tier 1 (G) dependent visa travel back from India on valid FLR?

Thanks to you both. As I have already said, I have already drawn salary which will not attract salary. Which means, anything I draw as salary will attract Income Tax and NIC.
