In the letter they did not say anything about fixed penalty. only talking about legal proceedings. Any ideas what might happen?

Hi Anand. It will take about couple of hours to get the VISA if you go by person to HCI London.

I have applied to citizenship by post. I did not send my original passport and been approved without any issues.

no need of passport

There is no need to send your original passport while applying british citizen ship. You need to send photocopy only.

I was an Indian national, recently naturalized as British Citizen. Could any one let me know the best way to bring my parents to UK.(not ILR, or Visa)
