Hi, today even I received such letter from HMRC.

Did you inform HMRC about it? If yes how? Even my citizenship application is in progress currently.

Yes,

I just contacted them and they said its not advisable to travel on incorrect cards. So I have finalised on sending it to them before travel.

However, they refused to give any kind of time line when they will send it back.

Fingers crossed and hoping for the best results.

I am now in favour of to send the cards back to Croydon office and only travel on the corrected cards. Thats the safest way out.

So what will happen in case:
I accept the employment on dependant visa, work for time till WP is valid (2 years), go back to native country:
- on VACATION & file my own WP or
- RESIGN from current company, file WP & come back to same company?

Hi,
I am on dependant work permit visa with no restriction on working.
I have got a job offer & the employer is ready to sponser my work permit.

Question -
Is it possible to switch to Work permit on dependant visa while I am UK or I will have to back to my native country to apply for WP?
