Hi, Thanks for the reply, so the cw received it on 5th and made a decision by 6th. I think once a decision (successful) is made it goes to Visa issual department + shipping department. And I guess mostly a manager is involved when the case is complicated for the case worker. Anways, best of luck. CW...
