As I will be applying from outside the UK I will be using the vaf9 http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/docs/1903073/vaf9 application form (page 9, section 6.9) on which they seem to have missed the Civil judgements part which is present in the application form you are referring to (for in-country...
But if your unpaid credit-card debt resulted in a civil judgment, then that should be disclosed. And being unaware of a civil judgment possibly issued in absentia, may not be considered an acceptable reason for nondisclosure. AG But the visa application form (vaf9) asks "Do you have any criminal co...
anyone please? Whether MBA degree certificate (which is in the database, and against which i am claiming points for Qualification) can also be used as an evidence for claiming points for English language proficiency, or does it have to be Bachelor's degree. thanks and regards, Shalini. Yes! you can...
They do not do a credit check in the UK as part of the application checks unlesss there is some very good reason usually based on information held. It is unlikely that any action was taken to recover the debt in your absence as the credit conpany would not be able to trace you. You would be bad cre...
When I left the UK 2 years back as a student  I had some unpaid student credit card debt (around 1500GBP) Of course I will pay it off once I get there, but I'm not sure how I can declare this in my TIER 1 application What sort of an impact will this have on my application? :( Please advice ...
I too am in a similar situation The guidance notes clearly states that whatever you claim points for should show up on your payslip, otherwise no points will be awarded  When I called their call centre the advisor said that I can use it as long as I have a certificate (proof) from my employer...
as per the guidance notes a letter from the employer "clearly shows the applicant’s earnings during period claimed, and the date and amount of each payment. This letter should be dated after the period for which earnings are being claimed and should clearly show the applicant’s gross and net pay...

I too am planning to apply using a letter from my employer for ALL the 12 months as I have lost a few of my payslips. I will be getting a letter only with the gross and net pay details which I think they have asked for the obvious reasons of calculating your points using the Gross pay and to see the...
Same doubt I've been having, not just the Evidence field even for the Source of Earnings field for which you need to fill the name and dates there's hardly any space.
My advice is if you have a PDF editing software you can use smaller font and fill it!
hi not sure which in country you got this MCA degree, but go to this link and select your country and read about grading. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPA As far as I know in UK your percentage equals to A grade. Hope this helps If it's the PBS TIER 1 application form which you're looking to fill.....
Hello ppatil9, What you should try to understand is the LOGIC behind the RULE rather than the rule itself, they just want to be sure that the documents you provide are not forged. So if you feel that your print-outs don't look like they have been or can be forged then go ahead, but bear in mind that...
The thing is that I am short of teeny amount to get the requisite 75 points, I think I'll ask my finance manager whether he can have my overtime pay put in with the monthly pay next time around.
The following statement in the Tier 1 policy guidance should leave you with no doubts: 109. We will only accept allowances as earnings if they are declared in the applicant’s payslips and there is a contractual obligation on the employer’s part to make these payments. Suggest you read the guida...
Hello Everyone :D I hope someone with loads of HSMP wisdom in this forum can shed some light on my question. My Overtime pay needs to be claimed on-line with my other claims (for which I submit receipts), so they don't show up on my payslips. Hence only a part of the deposit in the bank is actually ...
