He is aware of it. Is it better to get two letters; one for 178 personal holidays and another for 5 days business trip or can he get just one letter for 183 holidays.

I know the limit of holidays are 180 days but can it be 183 days.

Yes, I am director of my company. As previously mentioned I provided business bank statements and accountant letter mentioning the dividends and salary for each month. Hence I did not submit any dividend vouchers.

If you do not want your son to take british citizenship, then go ahead with ILR. Alternatively, you may want to save money for £675 dependant fee for your son for applying ILR. With £675, probably you can get his citizenship and passport for your son. But beware of procedures as well.
