The NRPF website says, "Eligibility for Child Benefit depends on the parent’s immigration and residence status, rather than the child's nationality or immigration status. It is now confirmed by the House of Common/Parliament that most of these changes doesn't need the Act of Parliament or statutory instrument for it to be changed except the issue of the levy on student fees. Child care after Naturalisation while dependants are still on SW dependant visa

Hello, I am British citizen via skilled worker route. My dependant child and wife are on skilled worker dependant visa. Can I apply for public funds like child benefit, 30 hours free child care, tax free child care .etc for my child? Would this affect my dependant's ILR application ? Please advise.

When she will no longer fails the 180 days limit for the absences Her break time is between 30th July 2019 to 18th November 2020. So she can include 179 days before 18th November 2020 and calculate the 5 years continuous residence, provided she has not been out 180 days in any 12 month period. As ...
