Hi, I have UK tier 2 general visa BRP issue date 28-Aug-2020 but first entry was on 28-Sep-2020 ( 30 days after visa issued ). I see we can apply ILR 28 days before visa expiry but there is information that 28-days before are considered from visa issue date. can someone confirm below queries please ...
