Treaty Rights Question

Hi everyone, I've been doing some adv searches on the forum but it seems like I have a good question. I'm Argentinian with Spanish descent (and so an EEA national). I have married my partner who's just Argentinian with no descent (non-EEA national). Now we're both in Argentina right now and we want ...

Re: From EEA2 to SET(LR)

If you have 5 years of treaty rights of EU national then why don't you apply for Permanent residence (eea4) under EU route? Hi. That's a valid question but the period isn't continuous. My wife stopped working for a year, breaking the "continuous" thing. If I wait another year we would again have 5 ...

Re: From EEA2 to SET(LR)

Re: From EEA2 to SET(LR)

Thanks Casa! But are you really sure?

I mean, the SET(LR) treats you as an individual and as such I have 10 years residence through various visas.

Is it really that restrictive?

From EEA2 to SET(LR)

Hi all, I hope I've categorised this properly - apologies if not! Is this possible? I failed to prove my EEA partner was exercising rights for the first 5 years and so now I'm on another 5-year round (learned my lesson!). However the SET(LR) application seems relevant to my situation and as I ...

Suggestion of Exceptional Lawyers/Law firms

Can anyone suggest exceptional lawyers/law firms that I could contact that can turn over rejected appeals?

I'd be most thankful.

Kind regards

Most exceptional compassionate circumstances

Dear all, My family is in a terrible situation and I am praying I might find help here. I'll try to be as brief as I can. Thank you for the attention and support. We are from Brazil. We're a mother-son-daughter family. My mother and I are residents of the UK. We are trying to get clearance for my ...
