My Wife's ILR Application - Supporting Documents

Hello Dear Forum, I'm back to here for another question before finishing my wife's ILR application. We're married and living together for more than 2 years now. I'm naturalised as a british citizen as well. My wife was on FLR(M) and her visa expires on may 2013. We'll apply for her ILR and all our p...

Thank You...

I've recently completed my immigration journey after a long and exciting 6 years, well a bit more than 6 years I guess :) I received my passport yesterday and I just want to thank all the people who set up this website moderating tirelessly and share the information. I'd like to thank to those who a...

Family Visit

Hey All, I have a quick question. My dad is gonna visit me and he'll apply for a family visit visa. I was on ILR but I've been naturalised recently. So how I shall write about the invitation letter? Since I don't have a UK passport yet, do I need to send the ILR page and financial support documents?...

Hey there,

I had a situation like that. But I lost my passport 6 months later I got my ILR. So I applied a new passport from my embassy and got ILR again stamped.
That's my experience and it's slightly different than yours. Any seniors can comment on it?

Hope the best for you...

Well i am one those waiting april and there are a few more. Patience is the only word. Are there any March applicants who are still waiting? My wife applied on April 4 but has heard nothing. I said there are probably many people waiting that long. But it seems that almost all April applications have...

Hey manyonisland,

I've called Home Office, they said it's fine. The only thing is I didn't ask the thing Jambo mentioned before which is it's a very small Ltd company, I don't think he has any employees apart from himself and his wife. But it's a legal, legitimate Ltd company so it should be fine...

1 more question. I have a friend who has a Ltd company. He knows me for 7 years but he's in uk for the last 1 year or so and he's currently director of his Ltd company. Will that do it for the referee?

Thanks a lot!

Hey Jambo,

Why do you think so? I'll call UKBA today in anycase. I've thought it might be ok for director of vat registered company or LTD company.

or

Bank official. Since he's registered with FSA.

Referee Question

Hey All,

I am arranging my referees. I have potentially someone as a deputy of a department. A company I used to work. Would that fit into manager of VAT registered company or manager of LTD company?

Thanks in advance..

PS: Or a supervisor will be ok like a manger too?

Quick Question about NCS

Hey everyone,

I have a quick question about applying through Ncs. Do they give you a reference number for posting so you can track when your application arrives to Ukba ?

Thanks
