You use the online form and can then choose to submit using the new sopra service for document check and Biometrics. Ignore the sections that do not apply. Like section 3. Read the questions carefully. The same form is used for a number of different routes of registration. Thanks CR001. I have no clue, whats going to happen if Home Office decides to implement the above recomendations. Can expert members please answer these,

1. If Home Office decides to implement these recomendations then how soon that can come in to action ?

This new rule is specific to "Tier2 - Intra company" ? hope, my case of being in "Intra company" assignment on Tier1 dosent come under this rule.

Good news from me........:) I got Tier1 approved for three years, valid till Sep 2011. This board has been of immense use in preparing my case. I have one passport canceled after changes in name as per request. I meant to say, I carry both canceled and new passport.
