Re: Eligibility for ILR

Thanks CR001.

Thanks secret.simon. I am not too sure about the SOC but it is as a care worker. Any info on how many years required to apply for ILR in this sector and the minimum salary requirement?

Thanks again.

Naturalisation

Hi,

I am a British Citizen by Naturalisation.

5 years ago my wife and 2 children joined me as dependants and now have been granted ILR (Set M).

Now my children are 23 years and 19 years old.

Can my family immediately apply for Naturalisation or do they need to wait for 1 year?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Confused on the date of Form submission and Biometrics

Thank you Zimba.

I have gone through the clause but unable to comprehend its technicalities.

Seeing my son's scenario, would he be considered as a dependant?

Many thanks for your time and help.

Many thanks Zimba for your timely revert.

If my understanding is correct, I can proceed with the steps I have taken so far, with regards to the Application Date and the Biometrics Date?
