That section is only available for the applicant's details but not on the partner's details

Maiden Name issue

Hi and thanks for the support. Please keep me right here. My wife took on my surname after we got married and all current documents are in married name.
Do I still need to include her maiden name on the application and would this be under the family name.

Unfortunately I don't seem to be having my old passport, just can't remember where I placed it or if I returned to it to the embassy when I applied for the new one as they tend to ask for the old one. criminal record inquiry

Hi all,

do I have to declare charges which have been dropped after proving that I was under high dosages or prescribed drugs which affected me. charges were dropped after experts from both sides examined me and confirmed this.
