Info on admin review

Do I need to send my passport along with the Admin Review Request form? The notice says you can email/fax or courier the form. But it doesnt say anything about the passport.
Pls clarify the process.

Yes, I did and got the following reply..
"Your application is yet to be assessed by the Entry Clearance Officer as it is following a queue. It will be assessed as soon as it reaches the end of the queue. "
My worry is whether I will get an answer by the 16th Sept.

Hi, I applied for EC on 29th July 2008 with HSMP approval letter. I have an offer to start work from 1st Sept 2008. But BHC Chennai is still processing my application. Can anyone guide on the current timelines? My employer has extended start date to 16th Sept now. But will I get EC by that time ...
