Hi cabarete,

what number did you ring on? I submit to HO a cover letter with copy of decree absoloute and never heard back of them.

Did they mention that they will send you a letter regarding this situation? I want to apply for PR next year coz my five year period will be over then

thanx every1 to keep us update regarding their application status. I also have sent HO letter informing them of my divorce which they received yesterday. hi vegeta,

I ddnt send my docs to HO yet. My ex started new court proceeding due next month to remove my son (who is living in shared custody), permanently from UK jurisdiction.

so I been busy chasing up my lawyer etc. She wants to take away my right to be with Him.
