Calling all who applied for TIER-1 ONLY in APRIL-MAY-JUNE-08

I applied for Tier-1 from within UK on 14th JUNE 08 and still waiting for decision after 18 WEEKS.



Please post your Timelines here if you have applied in APR, MAY, JUNE or early part of JULY 2008 for TIER-1 from Within UK.

Do they give extension again for few months ? I was thinking that if someone delays entry into the UK after getting HSMP visa and so either 3+ 2 or 2+3 visa, the five year period will be difficult to achieve and indefinite leave to remain cannot be made unless you complete 4 years and 11 months. so...

if the Points calculator awards you the points, you should be fine. did u apply for tier-1 PSW or tier-1 general? Hi, For the old HSMP system it was 6 months for entry and they you need to show employment and stability within the first 12 months. Only then could you apply for extension of HSMP visa.
