hi my names ali i was on this forum b4 and wifes visa was rejected on 12th sept but my wife has since applied again she applied 2 day and the guy said you wount get the visa as a copy of my passport was not ther.

is this true? if it is im really upset nw.

basically all they have said tht they are happy with everythin else jus that my income is not regular and etc and tht if they giv the visa we will be on public founds.

my wifes visa has been rejected dnt knw full details but its about me nt able to support her as i dnt have inland revenue papers for my self-employment.

its a p60 not a p45. p45 is whn u leave work i should knw i work as a trainee accountant. i didnt knw u had to giv a letter from job centre? who tld u this?

i only gave a p60 for my job and my company accounts i hope they dont make and issue out of me nt giving payslips but i did have a letter from my employer saying i work ther and etc. it was hand written though.

thts what worries me if it is rejected bcuz of tht. :'(

yeh thts what i was thinking tht we should hear from them by 25th or 26. il be so gutted if its rejected after all this wait and tht il have to wait another 7 months 4 and appeal.
