VISA stamped!!

Hello All,

I recieved the courier yesterday with the visa stamped. Thanks to all in the forum!!

Center : vfs Bangalore
Application date : 4th sep 08
Integra : no idea
Result : Visa stamped on 28th Oct
VIsa: 2-11-2009 to 2-11-2011

This is a very strange issue. I Think it is a mistake of british high commission only. When you applied VFS global must have given you an acknowledgement of the application. It will be clearly mention that t is for Teir 1 General. So carry that acknowlegement and the passport also all the original d...

EC Applied on 4th Sept 08

Hello All,

I applied for EC on 4th Sept 08 from Bangalore, with the HSMP Approval letter that I recieved from Home office.

Current status is application sent to British High commission Chennai. They say it might take 1 month for the processing.

Hello, I have applied for the EC last week and today in NDTV I see there about 30K job cuts in UK under High Skilled migrants.....I am sure it is going to effect us in big way...any takes on this???.....I want as many comments as possible...especially from people working in UK currently...pls shout ...
