Thanks Simi UK, The confusion was aggravated by the fact that when I called up home office earlier to clarify, they said my wife is eligible even though she hasn't completed 2 years but with in the 28 days of eligibility. Hello Everybody,

Can you please let me know if there is anyway we can ask the home office to pursue the Tier I application on urgent/priority basis...?
I mean is there a standard procedure or will sending request letter through fax would suffice?
