As far as I know, Fixed Penalty is not any kind of Conviction. You dont need to mention, as long as it's not a conviction.

Dear experts, 2) P60s - i didn't see the requirement in the guidelines. is this absolutely necessary? I have letters from current and past employer confirming dates of employment including the P45 from the previous employer. ... I dont think it's necessary, but it is recommended to have. apparently...

Yes, I was under the same impression. No maintenence fund is necessary, as far as I know.

If you are talking about a Tier1 application (which I assume you are), I guess, the app form only askes for any UK VISA REFUSAL. I am not sure if you need to mention any Visa related refusal.

Does lack of employment have anything to do regarding second or third entry on a Tier 1 visa?

I thought that only matters if someone is on WP or other employment related visa?

I did include a self addressed pre stamped envelope, but they did not use it, insted included it back with all of my docs, UNUSED.

I am going to re use the stamps. and ask for the special delivery refund. £6 in these days are a lot of money. :wink:
