AFTER A LOOONG WAIT I GOT MY EEA2 5 YEAR PERMIT BACK THIS MORNING :-) woop woooop
Just under 6months. I called last month and it hadnt even been assigned to a case worker yet so dont lose hope guys. good luck to you all and thank you so much for all your help and advice xxx

Hi Tapash! I was also a student who applied for COA and also only turned 21 in May :) In 2009. I answered YES. I did intend to stay in the UK after we got married.
