When I requested from India my credit card was charged on 31/JUL/08 and my brother received them in Post on 21/Aug/08.

They claim it to be 15 working days approx.

Looks like the Delhi-BHC is far behind.

If its a fresh tier 1 application then you need to maintain AT LEAST 2800 GBP for main-applicant (yourself) continuously (on each day) for 3 months. So, you won't qualify if you apply now....
