It started showing in late evening that passport is ready for pickup. So, would go to VFS-Delhi tomorrow evening and find out. HI vinkhub1, I think 15-20 more days are gone... Have you checked or asked your status recently. I called them on 23 Nov 2008. They told me that they are working on the case...

When I requested from India my credit card was charged on 31/JUL/08 and my brother received them in Post on 21/Aug/08.

They claim it to be 15 working days approx.

DELHI SEEMS FAR BEHIND

Looks like the Delhi-BHC is far behind.

Applied on: 10-Oct-08
Status: On 07-Nov-08 they mentioned its going to take 15-20 more days.

If its a fresh tier 1 application then you need to maintain AT LEAST 2800 GBP for main-applicant (yourself) continuously (on each day) for 3 months. So, you won't qualify if you apply now.... Processing time New Delhi

Looks like quite a few October applications have been processed. Chennai seems to have suddenly picked up pace in processing times.
