COA received in July 2008 dated month June.
After 2 written complaints, I have received a letter requesting additional docs on 26 November.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts Frontier Mole, but I was asking about real experiences with contacting caseworker by e-mail.
If my e-mail will get through the system, I will leave it to the caseworker to choose to reply or not reply.

ombudsman

In my case it's more then 7 month waiting by now.Complaints do not help neither calling them. I was told to wait, in a rude manner (like I did not wait enough).
So I would really like to escalate my complaint further if you can help me with the ombudsman's address.
