This has been discussed here for thousands time. I recomend to be honest in ur application. If u misguide them in application form and they find out the truth than you can imagine the end results.

sorry to hear this. Could you not ask your accountant to produce monthly payslips for the previous required months? This will not change your NI or PAYE etc. You will get payslips with net amounts that will match with your bank statements. If they can not do this than ask some payroll provider they ...

ILR can be revoked if you have absences of 2 years or more. In your case I belive that you are outside the UK for 9 months only (April-11 to Dec-11) so there should not be any problem. You can still apply for citizenship but you should not have more than 3 months absences in the last 12 months.

I think you do not need to worry. HO has granted you ILR last year and they must have all the record for you.

The best option for you is to apply directly. I can understand why NCS refused. They did not have any info (which HO has) and they did not want to pass you application to HO.

As mentioned early, some one with a master degree, less than 27 years old and earning £20K was eligible for HSMP.

£20K is not very hard to earn - you do not have to be on higher position to earn this amount.

Can you change your visa status to student. If you apply now than you can win some time and in the mean time other company can apply T2 for you.

Asylum will not help u other than giving u few more months here in UK.
