Yes you can study fulltime but plan and think now if you will study fulltime then how will you extend your stay and will you elligible for PSW or not?

As said chetanojha if not sure then get a letter of comparison from NARIC. Its worth to spend 40 pounds instead of waisting 750 pounds and your precious time by using your own assumption. If you are not sure then this may put you in high risk. You can better think about your position.

Have you read the form carefully? Birth certificate was required in past but not anymore. Your passport is enough. short answer, Yes, case worker will refuse your application. You should sumbit three calendar months statement for maintaince. Search on this forum you will see many people get refused due to maintainence funds, so don't assume anything just do as said in guidence notes.

As per my knowledge you cannot show additional documents on review. When you request for a review HO will review your application and will not accept any additional documents. Best thing is to re-apply. I know it will cost you but it was your mistake so you have to pay.
