I submitted bank statements on normal bank stationary with seal & stamp of ICICI bank for both salary & maintenance funds.

I submitted a letter on the bank letter head mentioning the same account as that on the statement and saying that the account is in my name.

I think the BHC would stamp it a max of three months ahead from the date of stamping/approval.

I assume it is not related to date of submission of application

Got my Tier-I stamped today. They have stamped it with dates which I requested i.e from 10/3/09 to 09/03/2012

Timelines
Applied: 12/12/08
Visa stamped:12/01/09
Integra: NA

All documents have been returned back (incl bank statements/letters etc.)
